Premium Wood Construction

Crafted from sustainably sourced laminated pine wood, the Back To Back Board is engineered with controlled flexibility that provides natural cushioning under the body. As you move, the Board responds with a subtle wave-like motion along the spine, creating smooth, comfortable support throughout every exercise.

Adjustable Handle System

Two levels of adjustable handles provide secure support for both hands and feet, allowing the Board to be used in a variety of body positions - including inverted positions for deeper decompression and advanced practice.

Sliding Carriage

The lightweight aluminum carriage moves along the Board and locks securely in the required position, allowing the working area to be adapted to the user’s height and the selected exercise.

Modular Design

The multi-piece construction makes the Board easier to transport, assemble, and store between sessions.

B³ Stand

Included with every Back To Back Board, the B³ Stand provides a stable, freestanding setup with adjustable incline up to 35° - designed as the optimal range for comfortable and effective everyday practice.

For advanced users, the Board can also be positioned directly against a wall at inclines up to 90° for deeper decompression and more advanced practice. Integrated non-slip supports provide secure grip and stability at steeper angles, as well as when the Board is stored upright.
